I had some great news on the road to hot bikini babe status.
I've been working out with a personal trainer twice a week for a few months now. I've traded my one luxury, a monthly full body massage for the "pleasure" of grueling workouts with Danielle:) ( I'll post more about how super fantastic she is another day!) Good news though is after a two months since the last time we measured me - I have great news to report. I have lost about 1/2 an inch everywhere - some parts a bit more. Since I started I've lost about 2 inches in my waist and hips. Oh yeah! I was thinking those jeans were a little looser. Hmmm... seemed to me that celebrating with a piece o' cake and easter candy were in tall order! and NO I didn't feel bad about it.
On another note, my workout partner, is also seeing big results - so much so that she has been offering up free grabs at her A*&! Now, that is a sign of REAL progress - sure go on "feel my butt"! She has worked out hard and certainly deserves all of our love and admiration! All those lunges, spinning on the bike and Romanian dead lifts are beginning to pay off.
I'm not there quite yet, but when I am - look out! I am sure the last time I showed ANYONE my bottom willingly was when I was two - long over due:) No on to working on the diet... anyone have some tips on this front?
