A few questions that I know I won't get answers to but makes me feel better by at least asking...
*Why is it that my ENTIRE family is going on vacation, but that I am the only one up early to pack?
*Did I pack enough wine? oh and the first aid kit?
*Why must it be mommy to think about what we are going to eat and what you should wear? (I suppose it is because otherwise my dear kids would be cold and hungry or naked and hungry. )
*Should I care that your sleepy toy might be allergic to bugs so it needs a net to wrap itself in?
*Did I pack enough wine?
*Where is the bug spray? Is that the kind with DEET? Oh, isn' that toxic? Do I really need to spray myself with that stuff?
*Do we have directions?
*Does anyone remember that we are driving and bringing a trailer? (Hello, you can not bring 5 stuffed animals, a soccer ball, your Nintendo DS and a truck load of princess dresses!)
*Did I pack enough wine?
*Where is the aspirin?

Yeah, I used to go through the same thing everytime we went on vacation. But being over 40 and totally over it, I just take my time now. I get up after 8 am on trip day, drink my coffee, take a shower. Then I might start to pack. I just sort of went on strike. But you're a young woman, that might not work for you. For me, it was one of the "perks" of getting middle-aged.
Have fun on vacation and get some rest!

I can only help you with one answer. You'll never pack enough wine for a FAMILY vacation. Just thought you should know. :)

Valid points - wine monitor is a great job until you run out;)
Daddy (me) makes sure the cell phones are charged, car tires inflated properly, tent doesn't have leaks, remembers to bring the camera and manages the last minute packing stress level.
What team work!

Do you acknowledge that it is correct time to receive the loan, which will help you.
